Foreman Application
We are a rapidly growing high-end architectural metal fabrication and design company currently seeking a highly skilled Metal Fabrication shop Foreman to join our world class team.
Required experience: 5 or more years
Necessary Skills:
*Capable to manage simultaneous custom projects; strong leadership skills required.
*Must have solid understanding of production scheduling.
*Must have the ability to communicate clearly
*Must have the ability to calmly resolve any issues that arise, and adjust crews/schedules accordingly.
*Must be detail-oriented
*Must be self-motivated and professional at all times
Responsibilities:
*Manage daily flow of work schedule to assure efficient processes and procedures.
*Communicate effectively with shop staff and company management
*Directly supervise metal fabricators in the performance of their duties.
*Coordinate material ordering with Purchasing Manager
*Train, and motivate shop personnel. Assess employee performance
*Maintain and improve organization in all shop areas.
